It's Ummei Sprites for KH COM. It's his KH2 timeline clothes got that? Those two bladed keyblades are a mix of the Ultima Weapon and Gull Wing, and the Soul eater and Road to Dawn. The Gold One is his Kingdom Form and the Purple one is the Sage Form.

Forms are kind of dumb. I'm really sorry but Kingdom Form looks like Master Form, and Sage form... Well I'm not that found of purple so you can chalk that up to me being biased.
I will hand you something one the fused Keyblades since I've done something similar (only they formed a bow) and I've lost my ability to resist pole arms and double swords but you didn't try for a sprite of what he'd look like fighting with them, so that leaves me feeling disappointed.
